Team relais : 4 x ( 2 - 8 - 1 km )

Elite & Age-Group:
1st Run: 10 km - 6 laps for Elite and 4 laps Age-Group
Bike: 40 km - 8 laps for Elite and 4 laps for Age-Group
2nd Run: 5 km - 3 laps for Elite and 2 laps for Age-Group
