The Triathlon competition of the 20th Asian Games Aichi-Nagoya 2026 will be held from 20 September to 21 September 2026 at Gamagori City Triathlon Venue (GCT).

The Triathlon competition consists of three 3 events: Individual Men, Individual Women and Mixed Relay.
