The registration fees MUST be paid in advance by the bank transfer.
Please send an email with the amount, name of the federation and the athletes names to biuro@startlist.pl.
Please provide the following information in the transfer description: Entry Fee Elblag, Name and Surname, Country, Age Category (Junior, Elite, Junior Mixed Relay, Elite Mixed Relay).
For invoices inquiry please send a mail to biuro@startlist.pl with the amount, name of the federation and the athletes names and TAX number.

In exceptional cases the payment of the registration fee can be made during registration, but an extra administration fee of € 15,00 per single athlete will be charged.

Athletes are required to complete the Athlete Prize Money Claim Form and submit it to ksiegowosc@triathlon.pl within 60 days of the event's conclusion. The form is available for download on the event page at Triathlon.org. Athletes eligible for Prize Money are expected to make every effort to adhere to this deadline.

SWIM:
If you need a swimming pool reservation, please write an email to tomasz.kowalski@labosport.pl containing the following information:
1) Name of the country
2) Number of Athletes
3) The date and hours of demand
In response to the email, you should receive information confirming the possibility to use the pool.

Swimming lane booking conditions:
Length of the swimming lanes: 25 m.
Maximum number of athletes on one line: 7 athletes.
Daily booking limit of 50 minutes training slot per country: 1 slot.
