🚨🚨 Middle Distance Championships Important Update 🚨🚨

Due to the forecasted high temperatures on Sunday, the decision has been made to shorten the Middle Distance Triathlon in the interests of athlete safety and wellbeing. After carefully reviewing the weather forecast and considering the expected conditions during the race, the run leg will be reduced from 21 km to 14 km (2 laps).

All Team Managers and Elite/U23, Junior and Para athletes briefings will take place at Teatre Municipal de Banyoles. No briefings for Age-Group athletes.

IMPORTANT: there's no space for the bikes either inside the theater nor in the street (carrer Pere Alsius Torrent). Please come by foot, it is just 1 kilometer from the venue; and some 700 mts. from the Expo.

Procedure for National Federation – group payment

Each National Federation must enter each of its athletes individually. Once all athletes have been entered, the National Federation can proceed with the payment for all entered athletes and request the invoice.

1/ Select language.

2/ In “License number”, indicate your World Triathlon Member ID. You can find it in the .PDF document in Downloads or in this website https://triathlon.org/support/find-your-tri-id

3/ Indicate athlete’s email.

4/ Click “Continue and perform another registration” for next athlete.

5/ Once all your athletes are on the form, click “Continue” for the total payment.

6/ Click in “Payment” and indicate if you want or not invoice.

7/ If you need invoice click “Yes I want an invoice” and enter the invoicing/billing information.

8/ Enter card details and proceed to payment. 

IMPORTANT

-    Note that the system is unable to take payments for 3.000€ or more at once.
-    Payments at Banyoles briefings will be also via this online payment form. No possible by card/cash on site.

IMPORTANT: Free swimming in Banyoles lake IS NOT PERMITTED. Swimming outside the designated times and areas is subject to  an administrative fine (classified as a minor offence, with a maximum of €750 and a  typical range of €150–€200) in accordance  with Article 14 of the Regulations Governing Activities at the Pond. Reports may be filed by the Local Police, the Mossos d’Esquadra or Rural Officers.
