IMPORTANT: Free swimming in Banyoles lake IS NOT PERMITTED. Swimming outside the designated times and areas is subject to  an administrative fine (classified as a minor offence, with a maximum of €750 and a  typical range of €150–€200) in accordance  with Article 14 of the Regulations Governing Activities at the Pond. Reports may be filed by the Local Police, the Mossos d’Esquadra or Rural Officers.

HYDRAZERO
It is a drink of essential mineral salts since we must replenish lost electrolytes to perform well, not only in competitions but also in training.
