Race Date - Friday 3rd May
Venue - Gold Coast Performance Centre, Runaway Bay

All races will be the following distance:
Swim - 150m (Pool swim)
Bike - 4km (Criterium track)
Run - 1.1km (Athletics track)

The event will be structured around the following races:
- Qualifiers
- Repechage
- Semi Finals
- Finals (A & B)
