Course
The event is an ocean swim and the run is around the grounds of the hotel. The whole event is within the InterContinental Bali Resort complex . The run is along a sealed path which surrounds the hotel. The distances are

Individual event
Run 1 – 2,797m (2 laps)
Swim – 1,000m (1 lap)
Run 2 – 3,095m (2 laps)

2x2 Mixed Relay
Run 1 – 1,267m [1st relay], and 1,565m [2nd, 3rd, and 4th relay]  (1 lap)
Swim – 500m (1 lap)
Run 2 – 1,565m (1 lap)
