Swim Famil: 4pm 18th June
Run Famil: 5pm 18th June

Competition schedule:
Elite Women Sprint Triathlon: 6:30am 20th June
Elite Men Sprint Triathlon: 9am 20th June
Elite Women Aquathlon: 8am 20th June
Elite Men Aquathlon: 10:30am 20th June
Mixed Relay: 3pm 20th June

All races will follow World Triathlon Race Competition Rules
