The bike course consists of 1 big lap of 10,75km + 1 Lap of 8,8km + 1,8 km to get back to the Transition (total of 21,35km).

Run (5km) : The run course consists of 0,2km + 2 laps of 2,3km + 0,2 km to finish (total of 5km).
