We in Fredericia Triathlon Team are both happy and proud to be able to invite to the Nordic Championships under the ETU, to be held on the 27’th of august 2016.

Elite men and women: 750 m. swimming - 20 km. cycling - 5 km. running

Swimming: The swimming course is situated at Lillebælt, behind the beautiful fortifications that make up Øster Voldgade of Fredericia.
The swimming course is a genuine open-water course, and as such currents and waves are to be expected.

Bike: The biking course is a challenging route through the magnificent city of Fredericia, as well as going through the beautiful scenery on the stretch that goes towards Bøgeskov and Egeskov.
The biking course will take you from the beach, through Fredericia Fælled and the many hills of Bøgeskov to the turning point at Egeskov.

Running course: The running course of 2.5km goes from the Finishing Area, up unto the beautiful fortifications. From here, the course runs past Den Tapre Landsoldat, and goes through the center of Fredericia, back to the finish line.

IMPORTANT TIMES FRIDAY 26th OF AUGUST: Familiarisation bike course - 18.00 (local time). Racebriefing 19.00 (local time) in the disused barracks Øster Voldgade, Fredericia.
