BIKE
20 km (5 laps x 4 km) Kupiškis streets, two sharp hills, one sharp corner
Road traffic closed along the entire route!

RUN
5 km (2 laps of 2,5 km) hilly. 80% asphalt, 20% ground.
ETU junior cup participants have to register through ITU on-line system and pay the start fee.

On the same day there will be organized also an open Baltic and Lithuanian triathlon championship for elite men, women and age groups. As well as the Lithuanian military cup.
Competition is open for domestic and foreign athletes (except military cup). Overall awards will go to the top three male and female finishers in each of the age groups. Lithuanian Championships titles and medals will go to the top three male and female Lithuanian finishers in each of the age groups.
NOTE. Every athlete has to have a license of his/her National federation. It will be possible to buy also a day license in the registration tent (3 eur).

Distances for age groups:
Children born: I - 2006-2005 girls and boys; J - 2004 – 2003 girls and boys: 100 m swim – 8 km bike – 2,5 km run
Children and veterans born: A-(2002-2001m.) girls and boys; V1- (1954 and older) women and men; M1-amateurs: 250 m swim – 8 km bike – 2,5 km run
Open Baltic and Lithuanian sprint triathlon championship: 750 m swim – 20 km bike – 5 km run.
E (elite) - (1975-1994) women and men,
V3 - (1965-1974) women and men,
V2 - (1955-1964) women and men
Lithuanian military cup: all age groups.
