COURSE

1st RUN
Number of laps: 5km = 2 laps x 2.5km laps
The run course is flat and includes footpaths and riverbank paths

BIKE
Number of laps: 20km = 4 x 5km laps
The course is not technical but includes a short (about 400 metres) hill climb at a moderate grade on each lap

2ND RUN
Number of laps: 2.5 km – 1 lap of first run
