- FRENCH ATHLETES:
French athletes can register on LOC website: http://www.activeglobal.com/triathlon/besancon-france/triathlon-vauban-besancon-2013
French Federation (FFTRI) will then proceed with the registration of all French athletes into ITU website

- INTERNATIONAL ATHLETES: International athletes have to be registered by their National Federation on the ITU website
