Distances: Swim: 1500 m, Bike 40 km, Run:10 km;

Start Mechanism: BEACH START.

Swim course:
Water temperature: 27C/81F.

Ocean swim in crystal clear water over coral gardens, with minimum wave action, and very light current.

Bike Course:

Your ride starts at the base of the The Wall, a 16-19% incline hill of about 1km long. Youll continue over 3 more hills to lead you to a rolling hill circuit. This is surely one of Americas most demanding courses, with great views of the islands shores, and luscious tropical forests along the way.

Run Course:

The run goes through residential neighborhoods with views of the ocean, and ends with a short section of white packed sand along the shore of West Bay Beach
