Swim Course:
Number of laps: 1
Water temp.: approx 18,
Harbour swim, triangular course

Bike course:
Number of laps: 5 for elites, 3 for U19;
Course is flat with the exception of a hill climb of approximately 750m on each lap.  There is a tight hairpin bend during the decent.  The course can be subject to strong gusty winds.

Run course:
Number of laps: 4 for Elites, 2 for U19;

The run course is entirely flat and non-technical.

In addition to entering through the event website athletes must register with their National Federation.  Athlete’s race uniform must comply with ITU rules.
