14:00. Opening ceremony and welcome lunch, hosted by the city of Ferrol, at Restaurante Illas Gabeiras. All athletes are invited, and tickets can be taken from 12.30 to 13.30 at the entrance of the Ferrol Town Hall

17:00-20:00. Officials and Organizers Seminar at Caixa Galicia Auditorium

Saturday 13 June

9:00-10:00. Bike familiarization (starting from Caranza Beach)

10:00-11:00. Swim familiarization (Caranza Beach)

10:00-14:00. Coaches Seminar at Caixa Galicia Auditorium

15:30. Spanish Triathlon Championships Qualifying
