4th EUROPEAN YOUTH ACTIVITIES TRIATHLON CONFERENCE

After the success of the previous Conferences in Marina di Montalto, Alexandroupolis and Rijeka was decided by the ETU to continue this effort along the European Youth Triathlon Championships.
Kuopio 2007 Youth & U23 Triathlon European Championships Organizing Committee and the ETU Development Committee are proud to announce the 4TH European Youth Activities Triathlon Conference.

The Role of the Youth Sport Coach in long term athlete development (LTAD)
Themes that will be develop out of this topic are:
- Sport Programming
- Early vs. late specialization
- Talent Identification
- Competition Readiness
